1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In new, unused, and resalable condition.

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

Unopened for health and hygiene products.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Personal care, lifestyle accessories, or beauty products that have been opened or used (due to hygiene reasons).

Earphones, headphones, and earbuds that have been opened (due to hygiene reasons).

Downloadable software and digital products.

Gift cards and store credits.

Clearance, final sale, or items marked “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Custom or personalized items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Request Authorization: Email us at admin@hymanbussiness.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions.

Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories included. Include the RMA number and a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.

Ship the Return: Ship the package to the authorized return warehouse address provided in our return authorization email. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Important: Returns sent without a valid RMA number or sent directly to our registered corporate office without prior authorization may be refused or experience significant processing delays.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Inspection and Processing
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return criteria. Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount includes the item purchase price plus applicable taxes. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after we process the refund.

Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund (deducting a restocking fee of up to 15%) in cases such as items returned after the 30-day window (up to 45 days), items not in original packaging/missing accessories, or items showing signs of use or damage not due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest turnaround for receiving your replacement product.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at admin@hymanbussiness.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photographs. We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
9. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@hymanbussiness.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not yet entered processing. To cancel, email admin@hymanbussiness.com immediately with your order number. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned following the standard return process above.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products we sell come with manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our 30-day return window. For warranty claims after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to assist by providing purchase information if needed.
